Is the shop really open to the public?
Yes. Link US built this department to maintain its own working fleet. Outside owner-operators and fleets can now request appointments for Freightliner Cascadia trucks.
How much does a Cascadia radiator replacement cost?
Radiator replacement labor is $660 for 2008–2017 Cascadia models (6 billable hours) and $715 for 2018–2026 models (6.5 billable hours), at $110/hour. Parts and coolant are additional. Confirm the VIN and service scope before booking.
Will you start work before I approve the price?
No additional repair should begin until you authorize the estimate. If diagnosis uncovers another issue, the estimate is updated for approval first.
Can you diagnose a check-engine or aftertreatment light?
Yes. The repair list includes electronic diagnostics, forced regeneration when appropriate, DPF, DEF, SCR, NOx-sensor, and related aftertreatment work for supported Cascadia configurations.
Do you accept fleet accounts?
Yes. Fleet managers can text the unit number, VIN, driver contact, complaint, and required timeline. Ask about repeat-maintenance scheduling and consolidated repair records.
What should I send in my text?
Send the truck year, last six digits of the VIN, engine if known, current location, warning lights or symptoms, whether it can be driven, and when you need service.
